You can browse the site and share links to it. Do not use it to break the law, to attack its security or to copy its content in bulk.

The design, texts and code of this site are mine unless stated otherwise. The client projects shown belong to their owners and appear as a record of my work, with the credits of everyone involved. Brands and logos belong to their owners.
04Projects
Design and development work is governed by the written proposal or contract signed for each project, not by these terms.
05Apps
Use of my apps connected to Meta or Google is also subject to those platforms’ terms. I may suspend access to an app if it is misused or if a platform requires it.
06No warranty and liability
The site is offered as it is. I try to keep it accurate and available, but I cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or online. As far as the law allows, I am not liable for indirect damages from using it or from third-party sites linked from it.
07Applicable law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Venezuela, without prejudice to the rights your local law gives you as a consumer. If they change, the new version will be published here with its date.
