Data deletion
How to ask me to delete the data my apps hold about you, including the apps connected to Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and to Google.
Last updated: October 28, 2026
01What is deleted
The account ID and name, the access tokens, the scheduled or published content stored by the app, the statistics I keep, and any emails you sent me.
02How to ask
There are two ways, and you can use both:
- Remove the app from your account: on Facebook, Settings and privacy › Settings › Apps and websites; on Instagram, Settings › Apps and websites; on Google, myaccount.google.com/permissions. Meta and Google tell me about it and I delete what the app stored.
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my data” and the account involved.
03Timeline and confirmation
I delete the data within 30 days and confirm it by email with a confirmation code you can use to follow up the request.
04What may be kept
Only what the law requires me to keep, such as invoices, and only for the time it requires.
